Procedures/testing Details
- Materials undergo flat stretch checking before being processed
- All materials are checked again during cutting
- The first 500 pcs. of each order undergoes pull testing (to check for loose seams) and weight testing (to check for durability)
- A final QC check is done according to customers' AQL standards prior to shipment
